Daniel Rivera new Food & Beverage Operations Manager for Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi

Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, a luxury boutique hotel located in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, has appointed Daniel Rivera as Food & Beverage Operations Manager for the hotel. In his new role, Rivera will oversee all food and beverage initiatives at the Inn and its Anasazi Restaurant and Bar, which have just unveiled a full refresh including a new design and new menu concepts.

Rivera previously served as senior food and beverage manager for Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, where he helped oversee food and beverage operations for the legendary hotel. Prior to joining Rosewood, Rivera worked at the SLS South Beach where he was manager of the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Bazaar by José Andrés. Previously, he held the position of pre-opening manager for Restaurant Michael Schwartz at The Raleigh Miami Beach.

Rivera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
