Olivier Thomas named GM of Four Seasons Casablanca

Olivier Thomas has been appointed the General Manager to guide the opening of the  Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. A 20-year hospitality industry veteran, Thomas was previously Hotel Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Prague. In August, Thomas will make the transition to Casablanca to lead the pre-opening team as the Hotel prepares to welcome guests to Morocco’s economic hub in the first quarter of 2015.

Taking on the role of General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca marks the next chapter in an extensive career that has taken Thomas to many locales outside of his home country of France, including London, New York, Milan and Rome.

Thomas joined Four Seasons in 2008 in Amman and subsequently moved to Prague in 2010, where his passion for exceptional service and commitment to excellence was immediately recognized. His experience and contributions to strengthening the brand have positioned him well to lead the team at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca.

“Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, an urban oasis in this busy economic centre, is the ideal complement to our existing property in Marrakesh,” says Christian Clerc, Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations, Europe, Middle East and Africa. “A proven leader with vast industry knowledge, Olivier is ideally suited to firmly establish Four Seasons as the only choice for the discerning traveller visiting Casablanca.”
