Gilchrist & Soames and diptyque introduce new packaging in Luxury Amenity Collection

An upscale amenity collection from Parisian perfumer diptyque, designed to take guests on a sensorial journey from the Mediterranean to the gates of the East, is introducing a fresh take on its packaging.

Diptyque Tubes
The collection features a 40 ml (1.35 fl oz) shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion that are free of parabens and phthalates, silicon and mineral oil, and are never tested on animals.

“We are thrilled to be able to offer another packaging option for hoteliers at luxury travel destinations around the world,” said Fabienne Mauny, managing director, diptyque Paris. “diptyque has always pursued a passion for travel and because of our partnership with Gilchrist & Soames, we have been able to deliver an invitation for guests to embark on a journey of the senses.”

The collaboration between Gilchrist & Soames and diptyque began in 2012, allowing travelers to experience their own sensual voyage in fragrance and conveying new meaning to the word “amenity”. With new packaging being offered in the form of modern and sleek 40 ml (1.35 fl oz) tubes, the collection will see no shortage of interest from existing and future luxury hotel partners.

“We are very pleased to be partnering yet again with one of the world’s finest and most respected perfumers,” said Kathie DeVoe, CEO of Gilchrist & Soames. “We have a commitment to our partners and customers to provide the very best in luxury, quality products and our collaboration with diptyque is a testament to that commitment.”

In addition to diptyque’s 110 ml (3.75 fl oz) and 75 ml (2.5 fl oz) bottles, the 40 ml (1.35 fl oz) white tube and black twist lid will be imprinted with its distinctive olfactory signature and feature the captivating diptyque fragrance of stimulating orange blossoms and freshly pressed citrus notes.

Once only available in bottles, the decision to introduce tubes was driven by the desire to offer properties additional options to meet their specific needs and functionality. More than just a luxurious product, it’s also a well-designed, eco-friendly alternative to a bottle.

The collection will feature a 40 ml (1.35 fl oz) shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion that are completely free of parabens and phthalates, silicon and mineral oil, and are never tested on animals.

The new packaging will launch at the prestigious Quinta Real in Mexico. For more information about diptqyque, please visit www.diptyqueparis.com or www.gilchristsoames.com for distribution information.
