The iconic British hotel, The Dorchester, has appointed Nicolas Messian as the new hotel manager. In his new role, Nicolas will oversee all hotel operations from its 250 rooms to its meeting and event spaces, designer florist and The Dorchester Spa.

Before joining The Dorchester, Nicolas served as the hotel manager at One & Only Royal Mirage and held senior roles at Soneva Fushi by Six Senses, Maldives and Goodwood Estates in Chichester, UK. Messian has been immersed in the hotel world since he was younger, coming from a strong line of hoteliers dating all the way back to his great grandfather Henry Elles, who opened The Savoy in 1889 as restaurant manager.

Nicholas Messian is delighted to be back in London and says that he “looks forward to continuing The Dorchester’s uncompromising commitment to providing the ultimate in glamorous and bespoke luxury service to its guests.”
