Niall Cowan, General Manager of Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali has appointed Denise Matthijsse as Director of Food and Beverage of Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali.
Denise brings over twelve years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage to this role. She has joined Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali from Cheval Blanc Randheli, Maldives where she was the Director of Food and Beverage for more than a year before decided to move to Bali to explore new experience.
Prior to her appointment in Maldives, Denise was working for Jumeirah International for six years and has been holding several positions from a management trainee to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for their properties in Dubai and Shanghai.
Denise holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Hotel Management from The Hague Hotel School. She speaks Dutch, English and German.
