Ganesh Meridian Hotel Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Mr. Manpreet Singh Chadha as Executive Chef. He will oversee all of the hotel’s culinary operations, including that of All Day dining restaurant, Pan Asian restaurant, as well as banquet and in-room dining.
He starts his new chapter from his most recent role as the Executive Chef at Park Plaza Faridabad and prior role as Executive Sous Chef at Park Plaza Chandigarh administrating four food and beverage outlets. Chef Manpreet brings with him over 11 years of culinary experience and worked with premium hospitality brands like JW MARRIOTT, Taj Chandigarh, Sahara Ambey Valley, etc.
Chef Manpreet started his culinary career during his apprenticeship in 2004. His determination to pursue this career has consistently gotten him the next position after the other and his dedication has made him realized his aspiration. He is also a Certified Departmental Trainer for Food Production.
Chef Manpreet has successfully managed to host some interesting festivals such as Punjabi Food Festival, Lahori food festival etc.
Gaurav Taneja, general manager of Ganesh Meridian Hotel, said, “Manpreet has a wealth of experience in catering and in the hospitality sector in particular, having seen his previous kitchen through from its very beginnings. He is developing a whole host of fresh new ideas and we look forward to creating unique, imaginative and flavourful cuisine.
