Crown Perth is pleased to welcome Andrew Cairns as its newly appointed Executive General Manager, Crown Perth Hotels.
Andrew has made the move to Crown Perth after seven years in the role of General Manager, Crown Towers Melbourne. In his new role he will be responsible for all hotels at Crown Perth including the five-star Crown Metropol Perth, the newly refurbished Crown Promenade Perth and the sophisticated six-star Crown Towers Perth which will be completed in December 2016.
Bringing a wealth of extensive hotel and travel industry experience to his role, Andrew has held a variety of key operational and management roles during his career including Group Manager for Tourism with General Travel Group, as well as integral positions with TFE Hotels, The Hempel London and Grand Hyatt Melbourne.
Andrew has worked on several major projects including the monumental Crown Towers Melbourne refurbishment in 2008, which included an upgrade of all guestrooms, villas, public service areas and Crown Spa.
With a strong passion for his field, Andrew aims to further build on Crown’s commitment to superior customer service whilst establishing the benchmark for true five-star international luxury in Perth.
“I am very excited to enhance the Crown hotels brand in Perth and aim to further cement Crown Perth’s position as a leader in the WA tourism industry,” said Andrew.
Andrew is incredibly proud to be part of the Crown Perth team and is looking forward to the development of flagship hotel, Crown Towers Perth, which will be a luxury six-star hotel comprising of 500 guestrooms, as well as restaurants, bars, resort and convention facilities.
