Stéphane Trycionka graduated from the Institute of Translation and Interpreting of Paris, and began his journey in the world of communication at Edelman and then moved to the perfumes and cosmetics division of Yves Saint Laurent Beauté-Gucci Group.

In 2004, with his rich experience in the communication sector, he decided to turn to the luxury hotel industry and to that end he enrolled in the ESG Management School of Paris to obtain a MBA  in Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Over the past 10 years he has worked in sales and marketing roles at some of the most prestigious properties in Paris, including Hotel Plaza Athénée -Dorchester Collection and Hotel Le Bristol –   Oetker Collection.

In 2012, Stéphane joined the Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière in Paris as Director of Sales and Marketing.

In early 2015, when the Hotel Metropole Monte – Carlo approached him to run the Sales and  Marketing Department, he enthusiastically accepted the mission.  Stéphane had worked in the hotel from 2009 to 2010 and is thrilled and proud to take on this role.

At the Metropole Monte – Carlo, Stéphane leads a team of 12 who work together to improve the performances and the international exposure of the property. Commenting on his appointment,  PierreFerchaud, General Manager of the Metropole Monte – Carlo said : “We are pleased to welcome back Stéphane in Monaco, within a property he already knows and particularly appreciates.  The experience he has acquired in the luxury sales industry in prestigious properties will be a major asset to the success of his mission.”
