Simon takes on the role following the departure of Peter Malone who previously headed Asia & EMEA regions for HVS Executive Search and recently left the firm to pursue alternate professional interests. The Asia Pacific region is presently led by Mark Keith, another industry veteran who joined HVS last month and is based at the Hong Kong office.

Court Williams, CEO, HVS Executive Search commented: “At a time when a number of careful strategic moves were underway at HVS Executive Search globally, it was important for us to hand-pick someone to spearhead the firm’s growth in this region. An accomplished professional and a proven search expert, Simon undoubtedly emerged as a perfect fit for this very critical role. It is with utmost pleasure that we welcome Simon into the HVS family. We are confident that under his direction, HVS Executive Search will be able to further strengthen its presence and credibility, and achieve a greater reach in Europe and the Middle East.”

HVS Executive Search also announced its plans for major expansion with three new offices in the pipeline, one in the US West Coast followed by Dubai and Singapore
