Carlson Rezidor announces Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center

Carlson Rezidor is further strengtheings its portfolio in the Middle East with the signing of a new Radisson Blu hotel at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) in Saudi Arabia’s capital city. The upper upscale property featuring 200 rooms is scheduled to open in Q2 2017.

Carlson Rezidor’s total portfolio in Saudi Arabia now comprises 23 hotels and 4,200 rooms in operation and under development – 8 of these properties are located in Riyadh.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center will feature 200 rooms, a 200 sqm all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby, a lounge and a café. The hotel will also offer an indoor swimming pool and a fitness space. With 1,075 sqm meetings & events area and 5,600 sqm car parking, the property will become the ideal destination for business travelers.
