Babylon Warwick Hotel, Baghdad has opened its doors

Warwick International Hotels Group (WIH) counts a new landmark hotel in its portfolio with the Babylon Warwick Hotel, Baghdad in Iraq.

The 300-room Babylon Warwick Hotel will benefit from the Group’s experience in managing high standard hotels and resorts throughout the world.

Warwick International Hotels (WIH) has entered into a management contract with the hotel’s owner Al Ebaa Company. Located on the edge of the Tigris River opposite of the USA Embassy, the hotel has been fully renovated to meet international five-star hotel standards to meet the expectations of international travelers.

Babylon Warwick Hotel consists of 300 rooms including four duplex suites. Its extensive facilities include indoor and outdoor Olympic swimming pools, a spa with a Turkish bath, a fitness center, tennis courts, three conference rooms with a meeting capacity up to 750 guests, six restaurants and a cigar bar.

For the last two years, Warwick International Hotels has built a strong network in the Middle  East region and now counts 8 hotels under management contract: 2 in Jordan (Amman and Dead Sea), 3 in Lebanon (2 in Beirut, 1 in Jiyeh), 1 in UAE (Dubai), 1 in Iraq  (Baghdad), 1 in Qatar (Doha). Others will be announced very shortly.
