With over 20 years of experience in hotel management, Gokhan Aykan is the new Chief Operations Officer of Monte da Quinta Resort in Quinta do Lago.
Gokhan started and developed his career in the U.S., having in his resumé some of the most prestigious hotel chains, from Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts Atlanta, InterContinental Chicago, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to Conrad Miami. Before embracing this project, Gokhan was leading the Marti Hotels & Marinas in Istanbul.
Monte da Quinta Resort is a 5 star hotel located in the heart of Quinta do Lago – Algarve.
The Resort offers 132 suites on two floors and 178 townhouses and villas; international cuisine led by Michelin star chef, a kid’s club to entertain the little ones, a spa with treatment rooms, gym, sauna, Turkish bath and indoor heated pool.
Since March 2014, Monte da Quinta has been under the new management of Terra International, a multinational company with over 25 years experience in managing hotels worldwide.
