Allen Highfield appointed GM of Montage Deer Valley

Montage Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Allen Highfield to the position of General Manager, Montage Deer Valley.

Highfield joins Montage Deer Valley with an extensive and diverse background in the luxury hospitality industry where he has operated in resort mountain destinations, as well as urban luxury properties. Prior to his position at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, Highfield was the opening General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. While with Ritz-Carlton, Highfield also held the positions of General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Georgetown (Washington, DC), Hotel Manager of The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park (New York City), and Director of Operations of The Ritz-Carlton Club, Bachelor Gulch (Colorado). He began his hospitality career with Hyatt Regency and also held several management positions at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, Illinois and the Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, prior to joining Ritz-Carlton.

Highfield is a graduate of Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
