Emporium0571_Graham 2Graham Hodgson is Head Concierge Brisbane’s Emporium Hotel and as of this week, the newest member of the exclusive Les Clefs d’Or Australia, one of the highest accolades for a professional concierge.

The distinctive gold crossed keys worn by Les Clefs d’Or members are iconic throughout the world and are indicative of professional excellence. It represents a Concierge who is able to utilize a national and international network of his or her peers to deliver the best possible service and outcomes for their guests. Mr Peter Savoff, Emporium Hotel General Manager said Mr Hodgson’s successful acceptance into the exclusive club was another coup for the hotel. “With around only 40 Les Clef d’Or members Australia-wide, I am are thrilled to advise that Graham is now the third member our Emporium Hotel team to earn this badge of international excellence,” he said. “We take immense pride in The Emporium Hotel’s commitment to unsurpassed customer service and are sincerely grateful and humbled to be bestowed such a prestigious award.”

Each member of the Les Clefs d’Or strives to provide the utmost in caring, attentive service to their hotel guests, and Les Clefs d’Or Society motto “In Service through Friendship” reflects the manner in which this is achieved.

The news comes on the back of the hotel recently taking out the top title for luxury accommodation at the Australian Tourism Awards for the second year in a row.  “Emporium Hotel opened its doors in June 2007, as a luxury boutique hotel, focused on delivering new levels of hospitality in an environment not seen before. We continue to drive new thinking, contribute to our industry and benchmark what is possible when a team of passionate professionals focus on pushing traditional hospitality boundaries,” said Savoff. “Every member of our team is responsible for this. With the G20 and Commonwealth Games approaching as leading global events, Brisbane is entering its phase as a New World City and we are proud to know that Emporium Hotel stands tall against any luxury operator in the world.”
