Darrick Eman new Director of Sales and Marketing for NIZUC Resort & Spa

Darrick EmanNizuc Resort & Spa, the flagship property of Las Brisas’ elite luxury resort line, has recruited 20-plus year luxury hotel sales and marketing veteran Darrick Eman as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Nizuc brand.
 as the company sets out to grow the brand regionally with new properties under the flagship name. 

With a long career in various management and sales positions over the course of his 20-year career, Darrick Eman perfectly rounds out the new executive team led by General Manager and career hotelier, Mr. Louis Daniel.

“Darrick’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the Nizuc brand,” notes Louis Daniel. “After the successful launch of our first Cancun property nearly a year ago, we are confident that with his experience and background, he and his team will work to enter new markets and  establish the Nizuc brand as the premier luxury choice leading to increased market share and of course revenue.”

Prior to his career with Orient Express, Darrick Eman has worked with some of the best luxury properties in the world such as One & Only Mauritius, The Dunas Beach Hotel in Spain and the Orient Express Hotels in Peru. The variety of experiences has given Eman a wide and unparalleled understanding and knowledge of the luxury hotel sector.  It is with that knowledge he looks to effect change for Nizuc and the Mexican tourism market.

To begin, Eman will set out to raise the brand awareness on the international scene in addition to the U.S. market, with a particular focus on South America, Europe, Middle East and Asian markets where there are tremendous opportunities for growth.  Eman and his new team will also work to attract top end group business from major feeder markets capitalizing on the hotel’s state of the art conference facility, in addition to the other amenities that make Nizuc stand out.

NIZUC Resort & Spa is the flagship property of the Mexican Group Las Brisas Hotel Collection.
