Swiss-Belhotel chats to guests online in real-time

Global hospitality management company Swiss-Belhotel International has announced the launch of 'Live Chat', a feature on the company's website www.swiss-belhotel.com to facilitate instantaneous online interaction between guests and company representatives. 

The 'Live Chat' feature enables fast access to comprehensive information about the facilities and services of each Swiss-Belhotel International property. 

Managed by a dedicated team of e-Commerce Account Managers, 'Live Chat' will be manned during office hours, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, providing efficient and convenient customer care. 

The 'Live Chat' feature is available in two languages, Bahasa Indonesian and English, with more languages to become available in the near future based on customer demand.
