Every quarter we tap into the Market Metrix Hospitality Index (MMHI) to determine which hospitality brands have the highest customer satisfaction. The scores are based on what 40,000 surveyed travelers around the globe thought of their latest hotel or casino experience.
We usually announce which brands ranked #1 in their segment each quarter, but this time curiosity got the best of us. We wanted to find out which brands were top performers for each consecutive quarter in 2013.
The 11 impressive brands we identified really know how to pull away from the pack – and hold their ground.
