Versace will open its new jewel next year's summer: the glamorous inauguration of the new Palazzo Versace is being prepared. The new luxury hotel made out of velvet and silk will offer 214 guest rooms and 169 luxury apartment with the finest equipment. The new fashion hotel is one of the numerous new luxury properties by exclusive lifestyle brand, which are currently in the pipeline worldwide. The Palazzo Versace wants to set a new standard as a high end luxury hotel, both in equipment and design. The guests can take a bath in its own lagoon, roam around on the private sand beach or refresh themselves in the relaxed separated spa area. The hotel design will impress with the finest silks, hand-picked marble, extensive mosaics and golden ceilings. For the elaborate stone and mosaic work more than 100 experienced craftsmen and artists were committed.
The construction is decorated in Greco-Roman style, among other objects with elegant pillars and an own waterscape with lagoons, yacht harbour and pools. The Palazzo Versace will be the second luxury hotel by the premium brand. Since 13 years the Palazzo Versache Gold Coast exists in Queensland in Australia.
Armani Hotels invests in London. In the world-famous Admiralty Arch a luxury hotel by the premium brand will open late-2015 in boutique size with just 100 rooms. After the Bulgari Hotel in London-Knightsbridge it will be the second fashion hotel in the Britains capital. There are two Armani Hotels so far, one in Dubai (at the world's largest tower Burj Khalifa) and one in Milano.
Bulgari Hotels aims the opening of a fifth property for spring 2015 in Shanghai. In a 40-storey new building 120 luxury guestrooms will arise on twelve hotel floors.
Missoni, a hotel brand by Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, expedite the expansion on currently five hotel projects. Latest hotel construction project is a 80 rooms Missoni Hotel at the village Baie du Cap in the south of Mauritius (opening in spring 2014). Furthermore new Missoni hotels are in planning or under construction in Belek/Turkey, Cape Town/South Africa, at the Brazilian Ilha de Cajaiba and in Jebel Sifah/Oman. So far two Missoni hotels are in operation in Kuwait City and Edinburgh.
The French luxury concern LVMH (Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton) currently has two hotel projects: in prime location in Paris the Le Cheval Blanc with only 72 rooms will open its doors early 2016. End of this year the Maison Cheval Blanc (32 rooms) in Al Sodah in Oman is due to open.
