Accor’s newly designed Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg is introduced

Sofitel ParisAccor’s newly designed, Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg Hotel was introduced today along with Yannick Alleno’s new restaurant, STAY Faubourg, in the heart of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré district.

The atmosphere of the fashion world was captured in the details of the hotel’s new decor, designed by Didier Gomez, from the designer cocktail decorations to the wall of stylised photographs and the sounds of DJ Inès Mélia.

Inspired by the district’s luxury atmosphere, Gomez imagined and designed the new Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, combining reminiscences of an 18th century private manor with the codes of a fashion house via a series of references to the history of fashion and bold design – the end result being an eclectic vision which is resolutely Parisian chic.

Michelin 3-star chef, Yannick Alléno, oversees the restaurant services at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, from breakfast to the bar’s lunch menu and right through to the hors d’oeuvres accompanying the end-of-evening cocktails. An urban restaurant concept, inspired by the chef’s travels, STAY is designed for an elegant clientele looking for gourmet adventure and escapades, in keeping with Yannick Alléno’s creativity.
