The Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland & CEE conference will be held in Warsaw

Spotlight Hotel InvestmentFor the fourth time in roll, on September 12-13, 2017, the largest meeting of investors, hotel networks, developers and representatives of the European cities across Central and Eastern Europe, named Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland & CEE Conference, will be held in Warsaw.

Last year edition attracted over 250 local and foreign visitors, proving a growing interest in hotel investments within the region as well as the need to share inspirations and experience.

The situation on the Polish hotel market is gradually developing. The previous year featured a massive expansion of global brands and an appreciation for the potential of the tourist areas. The years to come seem to be equally promising, too. The following networks plan to set up their facilities: InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor/Orbis, Best Western or Hilton Worldwide. Moreover, developers and investment funds, that have stayed away from the hotel-related projects so far, start recognizing a growing profitability within this particular industry.

A considerable interest in the hotel real estates, have inspired us to pose some questions, that seem to be vital to the entire industry. What are the new development directions in Central and Eastern Europe? Who will consider Poland an attractive investment market? How do Polish and European cities try to acquire new investments? Who are those fresh investors in Central and Eastern Europe? These are some of the issues to be discussed over the fourth edition of the Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland and CEE Conference, to be held September 12Ð13 in Warsaw at Radisson Blu Hotel, Grzybowska 24.

Similarly to the preceding years, the conference topics will focus on aroundÊsix theme sessions: Hotel Construction & Development, Investment, City, Financing, Chain, Architecture & Design.
