The Master Innholders 24th Annual General Managers’ Conference titled The Next Generation. An Industry Revolution. will take place 16-17 January 2017 at the newly opened Hilton London Bankside.

- Tiffany St James, Co-Founder of Transmute, is set to share her ideas and examples of techniques that are designed to inspire operators in the digital art of hotel social media and technology.
- Ufi Ibrahim FIH, Chief Executive of the British Hospitality Association, will outline new legislation affecting the industry over the coming year and discuss the impact they may have on hotels.
- Business consultant and motivational speaker, Nigel Risner will demonstrate to delegates how they can operate their businesses at peak performance whilst winning the hearts and minds of their teams.
