IHG Future Leaders Program – Americas

Future Leaders and program managers share their insights and benefits of this IHG vehicle to their first leadership role.

The video shows aspects of the program from technical and leadership knowledge learned, as well as the support received. The course exposes students to all IHG departments and brands and takes 18 months to complete (three phases of six months each).

It is designed to proactively build IHG’s leadership pipeline and offers those who complete the course a track to a leadership role in its hotels.
