Sarah Nabil promoted to Director of Public Relations at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano

Sarah Nabil_1Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano announces the promotion for Sarah Nabil to Director of Public Relations.

Sarah joined the Hotel as part of its pre-opening team in 2007, but her hospitality career began up graduation from Alexandria University’s Faculty of Art in the French department, when she first headed to the South Sinai. She lived in Dahab for five years, working at a diving centre before taking a position as executive secretary for the general manager and PR coordinator for a resort in Dahab. During her time in this bohemian village, she created a magazine, the first tourist guide for Dahab, aiming to raise the awareness and to support the environment. In the guide, she enriched her skills as a writer, as she shared her experiences about the destination.

Eventually, Sarah decided to return back home to Alexandria, where she became Administrative Assistant to the Food and Beverage Director at the new Four Seasons hotel. Her dedication and professionalism enabled her to excel in her role, and her experience made of her the candidate for another challenge when she was promoted to Catering Sales Assistant Manager in the same year. Within the Catering Department, Sarah proved herself and managed to set the base for the corporate accounts in Alexandria, establishing a strong partnership and successful events. She also managed to close the deal for one of the biggest events in the city during her first assignment.

Later in 2008, Sarah moved back to what she loved best, public relations, in the capacity of Assistant Manager. Her enthusiastic and energetic nature and attitude when working with journalists, clients and colleagues prepared her for another promotion to PR Manager, overseeing the department.  Since then, she worked on every aspect of the Hotel’s PR program to establish the department, and position Four Seasons within its local and regional market, in addition to managing e-commerce and social media. Sarah proved herself again, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Public Relations.
