The workshop was presented in English with Thai translations expertly delivered by Mr. Phairat Phonphai (Tori).

“We have had Scott here at Dewa, a few years ago to conduct a Spirit of Hospitality Course which was well received and decided to bring him back for another session and also to provide leadership management skills to our Supervisory level staff, most of whom worked their way up the ranks.” said Lillian Woon Carpenter, General Manager, Dewa Nai Yang Beach Resort, “ Scott has the passion and the understanding of Thai working culture and was therefore able to structure the program accordingly, bringing the team renewed energy and the required inspiration to be successful leaders of their area.”
