Worldhotels announces hotels with the highest consumer opinion scores globally

World HotelsWorldhotels has announced the top ten hotels with the highest TrustScores across its global network of almost 500 properties in 250 destinations and 65 countries.

A TrustScore reflects overall traveller opinion about a hotel and is calculated by leading reputation monitoring service, TrustYou, based on post-stay surveys and semantic analysis of guest comments. Such scores are widely listed and referenced on major Global Distribution Systems (GDS), as well as Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). On a scale of 0 to 100, the higher a TrustScore the more the hotel has succeeded in fulfilling guests’ expectations and is recognised for its exceptional service quality.

Access to the TrustYou system is one of the many benefits that Worldhotels offers its hotels. The service continuously monitors and analyses user comments on hundreds of travel and social media sites as well as direct feedback from emailed surveys, allowing hotels to better understand how guests feel about their stays and more quickly respond to problems.

“Worldhotels believes the TrustScore is an important indication of how well a hotel is performing at a fundamental level and reflects overall guest satisfaction. We are proud of the TrustScores achieved by all our hotels, and in particular the high scores earned by the ten exemplary hotels listed here,” remarked Roland Jegge, Worldhotels Executive Vice President Asia-Pacific.
