eHotelier Academy adds 24 more courses this week

ehotelier-academy_1Earlier in September, eHotelier launched the eHotelier Academy to deliver globally recognized, high quality online hospitality education and training. Today we have added 24 more courses across our four initial streams: Culinary, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office and Housekeeping.

The team behind eHotelier has long experience in delivering hospitality education and considers the professional development of hospitality practitioners of utmost importance to the growth of our industry.

All eHotelier Academy courses deliver skills to international standards under the guidance of our board of education professionals led by Professor Peter Jones, MBE. The  courses are internationally recognised, ensuring it is a sound investment in developing your hospitality career.

Professional  skills, flexible delivery

The eHotelier Academy courses are designed to be completed in modules, aligning specifically to professional development and on-the-job training requirements.

Our aim is to ensure that our training and education delivers immediate, practical value. We achieve this through:

•    Quality content
•    Extensive use of multimedia
•    E-book texts and in-course tests provided
•    Reporting, through a portal, accessible to managers and mentors if required
•    Course assessors
•    Online support and mentoring

At the completion of each module, students will receive an eHotelier Completion Certificate, which provides international acknowledgement of the training received and the new skills that have been developed.

Today’s launch of more courses represents a growing of the course content which will reach a total of some 130 courses on offer by the end of 2014. Check back regularly to see the new courses we will be introducing each week. In addition to our four initial strands – Culinary, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office and Housekeeping – further initiatives are being designed to bring to members a wide selection of professional development opportunities.
