Noble House promotes Chris Gautier to Chief Operations Officer

Noble House Hotels & Resorts – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – proudly announces the promotion of Chris Gautier to chief operations officer. In his new position, Gautier will take charge of Noble House’s strategic planning, as well as many aspects of day-to-day operations.

“Chris is a long-term Noble House Hotels & Resorts associate who has climbed the ranks, proving himself dedicated to guests, hotel owners and our associates,” said Mike Benecke, president of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. “His start in operations, combined with his revenue management experience, will help drive NOI, as well as operational excellence and service-focused hospitality.” 

With more than 24 years of experience, Gautier has held multiple management positions throughout his career, including rooms director, general manager, director of revenue, regional director and VP of revenue management, with expertise in re-positioning, takeovers, and opening new hotels. Prior to Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Gautier worked for Aston Hotels & Resorts, Interstate Hotels and Joie de Vivre Hotels, respectively. He studied at Mesa College in San Diego and University of Hawaii-Honolulu.
