Associated Luxury Hotels International announces creation of new parent-company

Associated Luxury Hotels International Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), established in 1986, has announced the creation of a new parent company named Associated Luxury Hotels, which will offer a comprehensive solution for luxury-level and upper-upscale independent hotels and resorts, and independent hotel brands, around the world through its current and future holdings.

While ALHI will remain concentrated on serving the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions (M.I.C.E.) marketplace for its distinguished Membership of more than 250 AAA Four- and Five-Diamond quality hotels and resorts worldwide, Associated Luxury Hotels will deploy incremental talent and resources to develop and offer an expanded menu of services globally. These new services will help Members’ competitive market strategies including, yet beyond, the current North American M.I.C.E. market Global Sales Organization (GSO) services, according to ALHI CEO and Associated Luxury Hotels’ Chairman, David Gabri.

ÒAssociated Luxury Hotels will consist of complementing Global Sales Organizations specializing in serving independently owned or operated hotels around the world,Ó said Gabri. ÒWe are launching Associated Luxury Hotels as the parent company of ALHI now, in preparation, so that we can share insights and offer a broader range of market services beyond the North American meetings and incentive marketplace, which will include transient business travel, leisure travel, loyalty solutions and distribution. This next step in the evolution from ALHI’s 30 years of dedicated group business is in response to the growing competitive needs of our distinguished Member hotels and resorts, and persistent inquiries from other luxury-level independent hotels and resorts worldwide. Associated Luxury Hotels is gearing up to provide not only robust group market sales services in North America and Europe, but additionally significant full-service Ôsoft-brand’ solutions on a global scope, with a focus on enabling our valued Member hotels and resorts to enjoy their independent identity while also effectively competing within the environment of the world’s biggest hospitality chains.Ó

Associated Luxury Hotels owns and operates ALHI, and plans to soon announce an expansion of its ALHI GSO sales team into Europe, exciting additions to its global portfolio, and new services and offerings to expand its geographic reach and market penetration.
