GPB Capital expands IT services portfolio with investment in WiFi market leader Deep Blue Communications

Deep Blue CommunicationsDeep Blue Communications, LLC, an international WiFi installation and support company headquartered in Latham, NY, has announced that GPB Capital Holdings, LLC, a New York based private equity and asset management firm, has made an investment in the company.

Deep Blue Communications, a leader in engineering, installing and supporting WiFi networks across North America, focuses on the hospitality, retail, enterprise and venue verticals. As a certified partner for such companies as Wyndham Worldwide, Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, Cedar Fair, Merlin Entertainments, Planet Fitness, and many more, Deep Blue currently supports over 1,500 WiFi locations. The company will continue to be led by Brian Epstein, CEO, Ryan Donnelly, COO, and Darlene Farron, CFO and will partner with GPB to further accelerate its growth through strategic acquisitions.

GPB provides their portfolio company operators with the strategic planning, managerial insight and capital needed to enable them to achieve a new level of growth and profitability.
