The UK’s Nettleton Collection the latest hotel group to partner with Guestfolio

Guestfolio, the award-winning hotel marketing platform, is honoured to announce that The Nettleton Collection, a group of leading, unique hotels in the south west of England, has partnered with Guestfolio.

The Nettleton Collection includes Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa and The Esplanade Hotel in Newquay and Boringdon Hall Hotel in Plymouth. This prestigious group of properties will now benefit from a centralised marketing platform that will enable each property to drive guest engagement, increase guest retention and encourage more guests to book directly across all properties.

By driving guest engagement through unique pre-arrival programs, robust guest profiles and newsletter segmentation, Guestfolio will enable this group of properties to provide a truly personalised approach that takes guest engagement to the next level. This, combined with powerful reporting and satisfaction review tools, will provide valuable data fast and in turn improve guest retention over time.
