Clock Software, a cloud hotel software provider, has announced a major update of their hotel management software Clock PMS. This time the company has added a complete new module to the system designed especially for multi-property enterprises – the Central reservation system Clock CRS. With this new development, Clock is gaining a foothold in the marketing segment of larger accommodation providers with more than one property.

The new module in Clock PMS gives group sales managers two important tools to improve direct sales and provide a consistent booking experience for their customers.

Central reservation office

The new central reservation system is designed to facilitate the management of online and offline bookings in all accommodation facilities of a group. The system provides a consolidated rate and availability display where a reservation officer can see and compare rooms and prices, quickly find alternatives for sold-out offers, filter the results by location, property or other criteria. All this caters to the professional services in the reservation centre and increases revenue and customer satisfaction alike.

Central web booking engine

In a similar manner, cross-property rates and availability are offered on the corporate website of the group. The central web booking engine lets potential guests browse all properties or filter them by given criteria, then find and compare all offers and easily create their booking. Shared customer profile database enables the personalization of the service. Repeat bookings and guest loyalty are boosted by bonus codes that can be property-specific or valid company-wide.
