RoamBOOST hires DAS expert Dean Vinson as Director, Field Services

dean-vinsonDean Vinson is joining the RoamBOOST team, effective immediately, as Director, Field Services. Working with RoamBOOST VP’s, Vinson will use his vast technical expertise to enhance implementation of the company’s Distributed Antenna Systems. The RoamBOOST DAS solution provides cellular signal enhancement to clients – either facility-wide, or within targeted areas of a property.

Tasked with conceptualizing and implementing a more widespread installation strategy, including expanding the RoamBOOST reach beyond hotels, and into stadiums and other markets. Vinson will work with technical teams in the field to deliver relevant and custom cellular network infrastructures to each venue. He also plans to establish two independent crews on the East and West Coasts by the end of 2016 to better service RoamBOOST customers.

Prior to joining RoamBOOST, Vinson worked as VP of Operations for AWS, a wireless communications company in Austin, Texas. He also worked as a Technician and Foreman for TriPower Group (now SOLiD), giving him hands-on field experience. Vinson also ran his own successful business as a general contractor and electrician. He is certified as a California General Contractor, and also holds ADRF Certification, Hilti Certification, SOLiD DAS Certification, and FCC Certification.
