The Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Waxahachie has opened.The 78-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Waxmar LLC and managed by Hotel Equities of Atlanta.
Located at 2020 Civic Center Lane, it is a short distance to the city’s downtown and accessible to the Scarborough Fair, Southwestern Assemblies of God University and the Texas Motorplex.
Upon arrival, guests are introduced to new design elements such as an updated exterior with a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere, and a glass entrance. The open public space has natural light and views throughout the lobby to connect the indoors with the outdoors. Guestrooms have a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave, as well as a workspace with an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets.
A complimentary hot breakfast is available on the brand’s signature farm table. Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, an exercise room and a boardroom.
