Paris-based Bal Blomet Ð which originally opened in 1931 Ð has rebranded itself the Eiffel Blomet Hotel.
A group of seven hotel owners collectively bought the Art Deco-style Eiffel Blomet, with interior architect Bruno Borrione responsible for the hotel’s new design scheme and architect Vincent Bastie behind the design of the hotel’s public areas.Ê
Guestrooms have smaller alcoves contrasting the large living spaces. The nine suites include an entrance and cocoon-style living room and patio. In the 78 other rooms, bedside tables can also be used as wardrobes.Ê
Design materials include rosewood, raffia and grained leather, with a predominately pastel color palette, from light blue to celadon green.Ê
A newly built swimming pool also pays homage to the 1930s with geometric shapes and blue mosaics. The fitness area includes access to a sauna and massage.
