LABRANDA Mares Marmaris to open on the Agean coast of Turkey in April 2017

The 39th LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts property has opened with the LABRANDA Mares Marmaris, ideally located just few minutes away from the heart of Marmaris and nestled amongst the pine-tree forest of icmeler and Marmaris Bay on the south Aegean coast of Turkey.

The five-star resort offers guests direct access to the beautiful turquoise Aegean Sea, the natural gateway of the island of Rhodes in Greece. It is comprised of 10 suites, 159 villas and 271 hotel rooms at a total of 440 mostly sea-view units, making the resort is a perfect sanctuary for both families and couples. Jetties and sun terraces are located along the 650m beach promenade together with a beach bar, snack bar and a fish restaurant. Amongst its facilities, the resort features one main swimming pool, a slide pool and two children pools. Only five minutes away from the picturesque city center of Marmaris, guests can relax amid nature or unwind by the beach or pool, yet simultaneously get lured into the vibrant life of Marmaris city.

Meeting Point International, a subsidiary of FTI GROUP has signed a ten-year rental agreement for the resort and expects to welcome the first guests April 2017. Meeting Point Hotel Management, the hospitality division of Meeting Point International, will rebrand the Mares Hotel as LABRANDA Mares Marmaris.

There is something for every taste in the resort varying from international open buffets served at the main restaurant, to an Italian Pizzeria and a seafood restaurant, Meyhane, serving guests delectable seafood specialties, accompanied by live music located by the Aegean sea.

The opulent all-inclusive program offers a full set of activities such as morning gymnastics, boccia, darts, rifle shooting, water gymnastics, archery, aerobics, mini-football, table tennis, tennis, fitness and a wellness center. Also within the all-inclusive basis, there is an array of daily entertainment: evening shows, live music and party organisations. The children will also have their share of daily activities: a mini club, kids cinema, kids olympics, carnivals, kid’s disco and much more.
