Hilton signs with Embassy Group to manage large dual-brand project in India

Hilton Hotels and ResortsHilton  has signed a management agreement with Manyata Promoters Private Limited, a part of the Embassy Group among the leading real estate developers in India, for a 586-room dual-branded hotel project located within the Embassy Manyata Business Park in the fast-growing commercial micro-market in North Bengaluru. This will be one of the largest dual-branded hotel projects in India and will feature a 250-room Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand hotel and a 336-room Hilton Garden Inn brand hotel.

Besides the full range of facilities and services, the hotel project will also offer 46,000 sq. ft. of Meetings and Events space. Targeted to open in 2020, the dual-branded hotel project will be part of a mixed-use development that also includes two commercial towers and an extensive Food and Beverage Hub. It will be developed and owned by the Embassy Group and managed by Hilton.

This is Hilton’s second project with the Embassy Group. The company also operates Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks, located within the Embassy GolfLinks Business Park, which is owned by the Embassy Group. The launch of the hotel in 2014 marked the Embassy Group’s foray into the hospitality industry. Hilton also operates DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore that is located on the Sarjapur – Outer Ring Road, in the southeast region of Bengaluru.
