Hilton Garden Inn Ciudad del Este to be Hilton’s first property in Paraguay

Hilton-Garden-Inn-logoHilton Worldwide have announced plans to enter a new country with the signing of a management agreement with Grupo Rahal to operate a new build 120-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay – the country’s second largest city situated on the Paraná River and triple border with Argentina and Brazil.  Scheduled to begin construction later this year and open at the beginning of 2020, this new Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Paraguay’s booming shopping destination furthers the company’s plans to introduce its leading brands in new countries.

Forming part of the award-winning upper midscale Hilton Garden Inn brand, the 120-room Hilton Garden Inn Ciudad del Este will be strategically located near Ciudad del Este’s retail and commercial hot spots, as well as its main corporate area.  Guests will find themselves five minutes from the Puente de la Amistad bridge which connects Paraguay to Brazil and 20 minutes to the Guaraní International Airport.

Designed by BMA, renowned architectural firm based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Hilton Garden Inn Ciudad del Este will bring a striking look and feel to the city. The hotel will form part of a mixed-use complex featuring corporate offices, shopping center, dining and entertainment.
