Best Western signs landmark agreement in Thailand

BW Master Brand LogoBest Western Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with real estate developer A.D. Houses Co. Ltd. for the opening of four Best Western Plus hotels in top resort destinations across Thailand – three of which will be the largest properties in Best Western Hotels & Resorts’ international portfolio. Totaling 4,150 keys, this agreement represents a significant milestone for Best Western as the reimagined brand continues its transformation for today’s contemporary traveler across its 4,100 hotels worldwide.

Three of the new properties are located in Pattaya, marking the company’s entry into this thriving tourism market: the 500-room Best Western Plus AD Wongamart Pattaya, the 1,400-room Best Western Plus AD The Grand Jomtien Beach Pattaya and the 1,200-room Best Western Plus AD Bang Saray Lake and Resort. The fourth new-build Best Western Plus hotel is the 1,050-room Best Western Plus AD Hua Hin Lake and Resort.

In addition to its deal with A.D. Houses Co. Ltd., Best Western Hotels & Resorts simultaneously announced its first two Vīb hotels in Thailand, which are expected to open in Bangkok in 2017 and 2018.
