Courtyard by Marriott Lima Miraflores opens in Peru

Courtyard by Marriott Lima AMarriott International has opened a new 154-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Lima, South America’s third largest city. It is situated at the intersection of Calle Alcanfores and Calle Schell in Lima’s upscale Miraflores neighborhood, known for its shopping, restaurants, antique dealers and ocean views.

“This new Courtyard by Marriott in Lima is a significant milestone in our rapid expansion across Latin America,” remarked Tim Sheldon, President of the Caribbean & Latin America at Marriott International, Inc. “The hotel features a modern, functional design while embracing Peru’s vibrant culture and the amenities travelers trust from our globally renowned Marriott International brands.”

“From the open business lobbies to our modern and spacious guest rooms, the Courtyard by Marriott Lima Miraflores offer business and leisure guests excellent space and flexibility to optimize their stay,” said Ursula Gutierrez, General Manager of the hotel.

In addition to 154 guest rooms, the hotel will feature the brand’s business lobby, the Bistro 400 restaurant, ample meeting space and recreational facilities include a fitness center.

The Courtyard by Marriott Lima Miraflores also offers a stylish room design that helps guests stay connected, productive and comfortable. Thoughtfully planned, each room features plush bedding, a functional work space, spacious bathrooms, a separate seating area and complimentary in-room high-speed Internet.

Marriott International is currently represented in Peru by the 300-room JW Marriott Lima and the 150-room JW Marriott Cuzco.
