General Manager Pascal Billon said the guest experience at the resort will be unique in the Maldives. “At Outrigger Maldives we aim to deliver informal luxury and celebrate the destination’s unique culture and sense of place. Educational marine environment experiences on the pristine waters offshore and wonderful Maldivian culinary discoveries onshore await all guests.”

Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort is located less than 50 kilometres north of the equator, 340 kilometres to the south of Malé and accessible via a 55-minute flight to Kaadedhdhoo Airport, followed by a scenic 20-minute journey on a private speedboat.

All meals at the Outrigger Maldives will be full service a la carte. Fresh and innovative dining will be offered at: Blue Salt (all-day brasserie-style dining), Nala Rah (exclusive interactive teppan grill and raw bar with ocean views), Poolside (creative cuisine and comfort foods with a view), and The Deck (chill out bar). Outrigger will have private beach dining, in-villa dining and innovative theme nights.

“All will be offered at a level of service rarely experienced elsewhere in the Maldives,” said Billon.

“Signature dishes, healthy options and personalised menus for special occasions can be enjoyed in the setting of your choice around the island or on a private boat trip,” he said.
