Carlson Rezidor announces the Radisson Blu Resort Mogán, Gran Canaria, Spain

Radisson_Blu_1Carlson Rezidor has announced its second Radisson Blu hotel in Gran Canaria, Spain: The Radisson Blu Resort Mogán will feature 422 guest rooms and is scheduled to open in Q4 2016.

Gran Canaria is part of the Canary Islands and a year-round destination due to its mild climate and beautiful beaches. It attracts more than ten million guests per year – main feeder markets are the Nordics, Germany and the UK. The village of Puerto de Mogán is located directly at the waterfront on Gran Canaria’s South-Western coast. It is often referred to as “Little Venice” due to its many canals and picturesque atmosphere. The resort is located about 40km from the island’s main airport and easily accessible.

The Radisson Blu Resort Mogán will feature 422 spacious and stylish rooms with private balconies and Radisson Blu signature services such as free high speed internet access, an all-day restaurant (885m2), a themed restaurant (190m²), two pool bars, a multifunctional 620m² ballroom, extensive gym and spa facilities (380m²), and outdoor parking. In addition, the new-built property will be a year-round resort offering a mix of leisure facilities including three pools, a climbing wall and a running track.
