Level Hotel in Williamsburg slated for opening 2016

Brooklyn’s latest luxury hotel development is rising on the bustling Wythe Avenue in the Williamsburg neighbourhood of Brooklyn, New York.

From Riverside Developers, Level Hotel will be a 260,000-square-foot luxury development comprised of 183 suites as well as 40,000 square feet of offices and 20,000 square feet of retail. They’ll also have 20,000 square feet of public outdoor space. Slated for an opening in 2016, construction progress is well underway.

Currently, the team is out to market for retail tenants who align well with their overall aesthetic and branding, i.e. creative & interesting fashion, food and beverage as well as fitness studios, just to name a few.
