HSMAI Las Vegas chapter welcomes Alison Francis-Smith as Managing Director

 width=The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is pleased to announce the staff appointment of Alison Francis-Smith, Vice President of Customer Relations at Hospitality Pulse, as the HSMAI Las Vegas Managing Director. Ms Francis-Smith’s responsibilities will include educational programming and membership strategy for HSMAI Las Vegas.

Ms Francis-Smith is an accomplished meeting industry professional with more than 20 years experience covering the US and UK markets. She has extensive knowledge of relationship management, sales, training, product development and hospitality technology, and hotel operations. Most recently, Ms Francis-Smith served as director of strategic accounts for Gaming North America, Nor1 Inc. She has held previous positions at Par Springer Miller, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, Agilysys Inc., Guestline Ltd, and Hotel Information Systems.
