Texas-based Hotel Granduca Austin 
has announced the appointment of Alex Pelayo as Food and Beverage Director of Hotel Granduca Austin. In his role, Mr Pelayo will ensure the quality of guest dining experience and oversee all day-to-day food and beverage operations.

Prior to Hotel Granduca Austin, Mr Pelayo served as Food and Beverage Director for Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge, where he oversaw the entire food and beverage department. Previously, Mr Pelayo worked as Food and Beverage Manager for Chicago Marriott at Medical District/UIC. Educated in hospitality management at Kendall College in Chicago, MrÊPelayo boasts over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Ê
