Outrigger Enterprises Group has appointed Craig Wienckowski corporate director, revenue and pricing, asset management – Hawaii; Kazuhito “Kazu” Inakoshi assistant director, market development; and Trina Tory human resources division director.
As corporate director, revenue and pricing, Wienckowski is responsible for balancing the financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms for Outrigger properties in Hawai‘i. His primary focus is as owners’ representative for Outrigger’s Hawaii-owned properties.
Having joined Outrigger as corporate director, finance, Wienckowski previously was a director at Ishin Hotels Group, a hotel investment, asset and management company in Tokyo; manager/associate for the portfolio management and operations departments of Goldman Sachs in Tokyo; and a contract employee for Archon Group Korea, a commercial real estate investment management and mortgage loan company.
Wienckowski holds a Bachelor of Arts double major in German literature/language and political science/international relations from University at Albany, State University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts from Wuerzburg, Germany, study abroad program.
As assistant director, market development, Inakoshi is accountable for production from Asia market sources for Outrigger’s Hawaii properties by developing and integrating marketing efforts with Japan, Korea and China source country global sales and marketing representatives to support property goals.
He joined Outrigger as sales manager in market development and prior was vice president of purchasing for a local seafood wholesaler and Japanese sales account executive and Japanese guest service manager at Sheraton Waikiki.
As human resources division director for Hawaii Vacation Condos by Outrigger, Tory provides human resources service and assistance to hosts in matters related to their benefits, payroll, compensation, employment, human resources administration and training.
Prior, she was human resources division manager and has held various positions in human resources.
