Four Seasons Resort Marrakech announces the appointment of Blaise Montandon as its new General Manager.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Blaise graduated from École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. During the time spent honing his management skills at the upper realms of luxury hospitality, including his experience in Asia where he was involved in launching and developing new hospitality projects, Blaise gained a deep understanding of the highest standards in the luxury services, which lead him to drive some of the most beautiful properties in Asia.

After his long and rich years in various Asian countries, Blaise is very excited to explore this vibrant part of the world. “I am thrilled to finally discover the beautiful culture of Morocco and cannot wait to travel around the country.”

Indeed, Marrakech seduced him for many reasons: from the culture of service and the hospitality of Moroccan people to its competitive and challenging environment, which nowadays represents an important hub in the luxury hospitality.

With this new exciting assignment, Blaise is looking forward to bringing a new dynamic, hands-on leadership prowess and exceptional service standards to Four Seasons Resort Marrakech.

“There is no similar place in the world where the kindness and the culture of service emanate as naturally as in Morocco. Marrakech is with no doubt an attractive destination where I am very pleased to perceive exciting goals that meet with Four Seasons culture and visions,” says Blaise.

To achieve all the upcoming projects of the resort, Blaise managed to convince Holger Frehde to re-join Four Seasons Resort Marrakech in his former role as Director of Sales & Marketing, a position he held when opening the Resort and for four years thereafter.
