Thailand-based Rasa Hospitality has recently appointed Chef Don Lawson as Cluster Culinary Manager.

“A chef’s mind is a giant library of ingredients, combinations, techniques and plating concepts. In my role joining the management team I want my food to be original in flavour & taste,” said Don Lawson, who won the prestigious Amadeus Award ‘Best Executive Chef ’ from Thailand Hospitality.

Chef Don Lawson brings over 30-years of worldwide culinary experience, having worked in many popular 4 & 5-star resorts and hotels in Thailand and abroad. With his distinguish culinary style, presenting original taste in a stylishly contemporary maner, Don has often been more than a Chef to the guests he’s served, going above and beyond to ensure total satisfaction of ones overall holiday experience.

I have a great management style which has helped me reach where I am today. It is through respect – a true down to earth approach – which I like to help others achieve their goals by having them find resolution to situations with guidance. I plan to develop and enhance the F&B products with the concept of going back to basics.
