Curdin Schaufelberger appointed Executive Chef at Radisson Blu Resort Hua Hin

Curdin Schaufelberger Curdin Schaufelberger has been appointed Executive Chef at Radisson Blu Resort Hua Hin, slated to open third quarter this year. This is a homecoming for Chef Curdin, having spent 12 years working in the Kingdom.

With over 30 years of global experience, Chef Curdin has held key culinary leadership roles that included pre-opening, opening, hiring and training at several Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group hotels.

His global tenure spans work in Bermuda, Croatia, Kuwait, Nigeria, New Zealand and Russia.

“Thailand is rich in flavors and culture, and I am excited to be back. At Radisson Blu Resort Hua Hin, we will be highlighting the best local ingredients with fresh herbs and spices grown in our own garden. My team and I are excited to create bespoke culinary experiences with our signatures to complement the resort’s beachfront setting,” he said.
