Samuel Faggetti appointed Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis

Samuel Faggetti Four Seasons Resort Nevis has appointed Samuel Faggetti as Executive Chef. With extensive experience in global cuisine and a passion for smoking and grilling, Chef Sam will bring new dimensions to the Resort’s culinary program in the Caribbean.

“It is with great delight to welcome Chef Sam as the new Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Nevis,” sayes General Manager Ed Gannon. “His skills, talent and refined taste will take the dining experience to the next level at our legendary Caribbean resort.”

Chef Sam most recently served as Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of their culinary program since opening, and where he partnered with a variety of visiting chefs on many occasions to offer spectacular and exclusive tasting and pairing menus. Prior to Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Chef Sam was at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea for nearly six years as that tropical resort’s Executive Sous Chef. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Chef Sam rose to senior chef de cuisine during his tenure at the Waldorf Astoria Naples, now the Naples Grande Beach Resort.
