Elizabeth Norberg appointed Executive Vice President of Human Resources at RLHC

Red Lion logoRLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Norberg as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Norberg joins RLHC on June 1st to oversee all areas of Human Resources including a specific emphasis on culture, engagement, talent acquisition and management. She will be reporting directly to RLHC President and CEO, Greg Mount.

Norberg brings with her more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience from broad range roles in best-in-class companies rooted in hospitality, healthcare and professional service businesses. She spent the majority of her career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where she advanced through HR field leadership roles to become the VP of Learning and Development in North America, overseeing a team that directly supported more than 500 owned, managed and franchise properties.

“Developing a world-class team is an important part of positioning RLHC for long-term success,” said Mount. “Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience and we believe her commitment to culture and leadership development will strengthen the HR function across the company to produce exceptional results.”

Since her time at Starwood, she also served as Chief of Human Resources Operations for Northwell Health System, one of the largest health systems in the nation, as well as the SVP of Global Human Resources for Dolce Hotels and Resorts.
